Free plan limits

This post includes 2 free imports. A fresh import is available after 24 hours. Reopening saved comments and redraws do not use another import.

Each connection can start one new free post at a time. The wait increases by 24 hours after each use, up to 168 hours, and does not reset automatically. Saved comments, redraws and the same post’s refresh do not increase this wait.

Why can the imported comment count be lower?

Instagram’s reported count may include replies or unavailable comments, so the number imported can be lower.

Can I choose multiple winners and control duplicate entries?

Yes. Choose your winners and substitutes, decide whether repeated comments count, and allow one chance per person or multiple entries from qualifying comments. Each person can only be selected once.

Do I need an Instagram login?

No. Start with a public post link. We never ask for your Instagram password.

Can I require hashtags or specific accounts?

Yes. Require one or more hashtags or account mentions in each eligible comment, and choose whether all or any are needed.

How do I return to my giveaways?

Use My giveaways in this browser. Save your recovery code to restore access on another device or after clearing cookies.

What if the import fails?

We retry connection failures automatically. If your import still cannot be delivered, request a full refund from My giveaways. We approve refunds after confirming a failure prevented delivery.
